Do I have to pay for GoDaddy to host my Wordpress blog?

Can someone walk me through this?

You shouldn’t have to unless they’re requiring you get more storage. My ISP, sonic.net, doesn’t charge extra for WordPress but doesn’t WP host blogs for free anyway?
