How do I download files to GoDaddy?

I need help downloading files and updating files through GoDaddy.com. Do I need to use an FTP site for HTML? If so how?

    You can use filezilla FTP software to download and upload new/edited files.
    As you can not download the whole folder from/through godaddy.
    Godaddy lets you download one file at a time, which not advisable.

    In filezilla, you can log in with your godaddy FTP username / password and you will be able to see the listing of all files and folders nice and clean. Moreover, it has more features for files download/upload and more.
