I am looking for a godaddy discount code or godaddy promo code that works. Is there a site that has a list of working codes for when I want to buy. Money off either a domain or hosting is fine
I just bought web hosting, and a domain name from go daddy for like 60$, but I don’t know how to upload my files, or upload my MySQL databases. I’m not even sure I can connect to it since it just shows a page with ads and stuff.
here’s a link to it:

I bought the hosting plan which came with 10 MySQL databases, and 10 GB storage. I already made a website on my computer and it only uses 1 MySQL database, and is approximately 23MB.
I do know what FTP is, I know all of that. I just dont know how to connect to go daddys ftp servers, and how to edit the MySQL databases
Basically I’m building a site (www.lionandthelamb.org) and I have the design I just need to know how to link the pages. Godaddy is so confusing. I don’t even know what to do. I made another page movies.html which I want to link to the index page but I don’t know how to do that. Will someone please explain it to me step by step instead of referring my to godaddy.com’s tutorials, which are a pain.
I don’t know exactly how to add pages or a layout on this website. I’m new to it and very confused. Please take it easy on me.
I bought my website recently (jacobpauldesign.com) and got it all set up, but i still have the godaddy banner on the top of my site, how do i remove it?
but the hosting is for like a bunch of users, or thats what their site makes it look like.
I found out the company I work for is paying $1300 a month for hosting with Data Pipe. That is ridiculous!! My own experience has been with smaller sites and we have only pay $3 a month understandably we have a smaller site. But I looked at Data Pipe and they have no prices or information about their servers listed just a bunch of fluff that really doesn’t tell me why they would be so much more expensive than something like Go Daddy’s unlimited Dedicated servers which are at the most $500 and they can support the site and databases that these guys have. I am not a tech geek, but I just don’t understand why someone would pay double for what it looks like, is the same service. I have seen good things about data pipes service but bad things about their price. I have used GoDaddy and their customer service is excellent too. Just curious if anyone can tell me why they should continue to pay this amount. Thanks!
I own several websites and also Hosting accounts with godaddy.com, and now they seem to be offline. Could someone please confirm if they are indeed offline at the moment ?
You can test with "godaddy.com" or my domain "modmyeee.com".
Thanks
I had my website (http://pixel-gamers.com/) hosted on someone else’s server, and the site was built by them as well. Due to some… differences as of late, I’m afraid that they might take it down. I made my new website using spruz (http://pixel-gamers.spruz.com/), and they have the option to upgrade to a domain you already own (thus dropping the, "spruz") for free. They only provided me with an IP address, to "point it to", and nothing more. I have no idea of how to set this- I only know how to set the nameservers, which requires two hostnames. Can anyone help me with this?
I figured it out and had http://pixel-gamers.com/ directing right to the new site… and then like 30 minutes later it went back to the old site… I don’t understand this at all.
