I just bought a new domain on Go Daddy.Com and they offer something called WebHosting that I can purchase for 3.99 a month and then they have free hosting with web site builder.. Can someone tell me the difference and what they recommend??

So at first my domain was forwarding great to my t35 hosting. But than I tried using GoDaddy’s free hosting, and it has that annoying ad, so I’m trying to forward it back to the t35 hosting, but it never is. Everything is set up to forward to it. The nameservers are checked to Forward my domain, the forwarding is done, but it still doesn’t work and forwards to the GoDaddy free hosting.
The site is http://www.risingimpactmusic.com, but I can’t change the layout without first forwarding it to http://www.risingimpact.t35.com/home.html . Help please.
