HostGator and Blue Host both offer great web hosting at a cheap price. I use them for my sites and they have been very reliable (99.9% uptime) and have great customer service.
I use http://www.inWebHosting.com its cheap and reliable. You get .coms for 7.49$ and Hosting from around 5$. It comes with 99.9% uptime, Sufficient amount of WebSpace and Bandwidth for a Forum. Free Ad Credits on Google,Yahoo & Myspace. FTP Access. 24/7/365 Support. Free Email Address, Free Preinstalled Apps like PHPb Forums, Blogs etc. for quick and easy setup of Blogs like WordPress, CMS Like Joomla, Forums, Shopping Carts like ZenCart or Oscommece & More.. Its value for your money. Plus, its easy to use cPanel makes you work smooth.
You can try some economical web hosting solutions from iPage. I’ve been using their services for the past 2 years and I’m happy with their services. Check out their offers and web hosting plans, http://www.webhostingbreak.com/ipage-discount/
If you’re looking for a low priced web hosting option for your forum website check out HostMonster $3.95/Month promo price with a free domain – http://tinyurl.com/hmpromoprice
Drilikath.net has a nice hosting service with high end specs. 3.00 dollars per month + any domain name fees. If you buy your domain with them they charge 10 dollars even, a few cents more then most. However when compaired to others it is still cheaper. Even most of these economical prices I see others offering, have alot of limitations to what you can do. Their only real limitation is the number of websites you can have on a specific tier.
I prefer MidtownDomains.com for web hosting, domain name registration, email services and web site design. They offer a full range of web hosting products and services for personal and business use, designed to establish your website and keep it moving. From simple to complex, they provide high quality website solutions, that are affordable and reliable. Plus, it comes with 24/7 telephone and email support and web hosting with service. I signed up for $1.99.
Have you check with iPage? I’m using their web hosting service and I’m a satisfied customer. You can also get free domain with some of their plans. I don’t know if the promo is still on, http://www.webhostingbreak.com/ipage-discount/ You can claim discount on registration.
If you like to create websites (usually you will end up more than 1 website, I got more than 100 websites in about 6 months’ time), go for multiple web hosting services where you could host all your websites in one account.
I would like to suggest following webhosting which I use, they are excellent.
They offer hosting of "unlimited domains" and you will get massive webspace of 1500000 MB (1500 GB ). They only charge $5.95/month and they offer "a free Domain Name" and installing service called "Fantastico". By using Fantastico, you could create own forum, photo gallery, shopping cart (e-commerce),your own auction site and your own blogs within few seconds. They also offer "Free Website Builder" as well. Visit the site to check details.
you also check My Webbie Hosting. You can have a good plan for only $3.95/month. I think the domain name is also free when you sign up for their hosting plan.
