I am looking for a very cheap/free domain hosting site. I don’t want GoDaddy, Domain.com, Homestead, yahoo sites, etc. I have my own domain that I’d like to use, or I can buy a new domain, and if possible, it’d be nice to be able to create email accounts(more than 25)…
My sister is pregnant with her first baby. She is due towards the end of October. We do not have much money to rent out an expensive place for her baby shower, and we have no house that we can hold it at. I want it to be special for her, since it is her first baby. I was thinking the Golden Tent near the Vancouver Mall, but don’t really know how much their group rates are. I’ll call when I can, but right now I am unable to. What are some good places you would recommend that do not have overly expensive group rates?

I have a domain with Yahoo! Small Business. No hosting, just the name and e-mail apparently.
For the last 2 or so years I’ve been charged monthly for just the name, and now I’m looking to transfer over to HostGator. I was given this page, https://secure.hostgator.com/transfer.php
However, it asks for FTP accounts from the OLD hosting and NEW hosting.
Looking around on my Yahoo! page, I don’t think I have hosting for one, let alone an FTP account.
And for the NEW hosting information, is that like once I register with HostGator or how does that work?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I want to open a small business. I would need a website, but I don’t have the money to invest in that right now. Problematic, right? 
Where can I find a place to buy a cheap domain, yet that gives me options of setting up my website and make it look professional (similar to Microsoft Office Live). What I don’t like about their thing although it’s free is that the website address is too long. Example: greetingcards.art.officelive.com

I first registered my website for about $6, but just received a renewal notice for about $50. I think that’s a little on the high side and know there’s got to be a cheaper way. Where can I re-register my domain name for cheap? I am looking to register it for a long period of time also.
