Can I buy hosting on its own, and how cheap can I get it?

* I have a domain name (with www.123-reg.co.uk)
* I’ve made a simple web-page on iWeb for Mac
* I don’t have a Mobile Me account and don’t want to pay the annual subscription for one
Can I buy web space, and host my site there, using the domain name I’ve bought?
If so, how? (Simple instructions would be a great help)
I want to do it for as cheaply as possible! (I’m in the UK, if it makes a difference)

When signing up for hosting, the provider will ask if you already have a domain or you want to register a new one – just fill in your domain name.

Find Easy Control Panel(Try Demo) link. A pop-up will open, click Home icon located on the top left corner and you will see the standard control panel interface.
-You have your site created with iWeb, so now you have to transfer all your files to your web host.You can do that by using a FTP client – Filezilla is good one, just google it and you can download it for free. In order to start uploading files, you have to connect to your web host(usually this will be your website address, in your case http://www.123-reg.co.uk) using the user name and password provided to you by you web hosting company.

If you have iWeb 09 you can upload your website to any host through a built in FTP client. If you have an earlier version of iWeb just use the "Export to Folder" option, and then upload that folder to your host with a 3rd party FTP client like Cyberduck http://cyberduck.ch/
