Anyone have opinions on BlueHost?

Want to know your opinions of it, especially recent ones, because I have seen a dramatic change in approval for Bluehost recently, and I want to know if it is right for me. Any person posting links for referrals or ads for other webhosts, please GTFO otherwise I’ll report you for spamming, thank you.

I’ve been using Bluehost for about 3 years now. My previous host started doing stupid things and the support went from A+ to erratic. I switched over and.. well.. I’ve been happy.
I’ve had to call about issues 3 times (two issues were self inflicted) and the problems were fixed within an hour. Can’t ask for more.
The prices are good, you get loads of great goodies for free and a lot of space. Changing from my previous host to Bluehost was quick and painless.
Also, they seem to be pretty reliable. I haven’t had any issues with my site going down. Only once was there a problem – my blog vanished. I called and they helped me sort it out. Their patient tech support and I went through all sorts of possible reasons and then we discovered two widgets on my site were the cause of the problem. Nothing to do with them. But they helped me fix the problem anyway. No cost.
Lots of competition out there, but they seem to be a good place to do business with.
