I do not want to pay too much for the domain and I would like email along with it. I have done some research but have not found anything useful. Yahoo sounded good at first until I found out that right before I was going to check out they wanted to charge me 34.95 for the domain for ONE year. Monthly or yearly subscriptions are fine with me. I want a full .com domain, and no parked domain shit, I want to actually upload my pages to the site. Actually, page. I don’t need, like, any space on it, I just want it to forward it to another URL.

Most probably a wordpress Software-related content-based site, and my own personal flash based portfolio site. Havenot thought about the CMS for the later though. I want all unlimited, like space, no. of domains u can host etc.
So when I open up filezilla and try to find my files I cant. I have files installed on one site but I cant get access to them. If I look in the file manager in cpanel I can see the files I want to access and add to but I cant figure out the correct settings to enter for the host and username on filezilla. The domain is not my main domain on the hosting account its a addon.

I have contacted HostGator six times about this. It’s been five days after I signed up for hosting service place for $12.00 a month, and now, I have not gotten any email containing my login information. They said they would email me again time and time again, and I checked everywhere and didn’t get it. I’m about to file a chargeback on my credit card to get $12.00 credited back to my account.
Which hosting service will work for me? Please help. I signed up for GoDaddy.com for my domain name and I signed up at HostGator and typed in the domain name I owned from GoDaddy.com. But I got no email, never login, etc.. Is HostGator a rip off?
I waited for two days. I contact them about it, and they told me they was going to email me the login information. I contact them four times now, and I registered my domain at GoDaddy.com, and I registered another domain at hostgator. Still, no email containing login information. Do you think it’s a scam and do you think I should file a chargeback on my creditcard for refusing to let me use their service?
