help using bluemail (in bluehost)?

Hi there
I have a bluehost account, I need to create a mail me form in my site so I contacted the bluehost help center and they say that the bluemail (or cgi center) will help. But I don’t know what to do?
How do I use bluemail, (in bluehost all there is some lines), do I need to create the form template in say Dreamweaver and then use bluemail to connect my form and make it activated (how do I do that?).
Isn’t there any tutorial that may help?

But what are it’s capabilities and limitations?… can I create lists and sub-lists, bbot tones dynamic ccontents etc

Trying to FTP some files but cant find correct folder (not main domain and its bluehost)?

So when I open up filezilla and try to find my files I cant. I have files installed on one site but I cant get access to them. If I look in the file manager in cpanel I can see the files I want to access and add to but I cant figure out the correct settings to enter for the host and username on filezilla. The domain is not my main domain on the hosting account its a addon.
