Hi, I’m looking for a website host that fits these criteria in order.

1) Allows use of FTP
2) Allows MySQL creation
3) Use your own domain (some don’t let you do that)
4) Allows you to have your own 404 page (some have their own custom one)
5) No forced advertising
6) High uptime
7) High disk space

And the other basic stuff. Preferably <£10 a month (I know that’s not much for what I’m asking, but around that price would be great).

Best hosting website (cheapest yet good quality) and forum?

Looking to maybe create a website from scratch and have a forum.

But I’m not sure where to begin. I want something cheap yet will be effective. I was thinking of trying HostGator.

For the forum, I have no idea where to begin with that. I’d like a forum where there were games and stuff. I know there’s free ones, but with games? And a forum where I could put MY ads on there. I know the free forums like proboards have THEIR ads on there, and I wouldn’t want that. I understand if I have to pay monthly for that too. Awhile back I know vB was good but I don’t know where to pay monthly for that.

Looking for something very cheap at the moment. I checked arvixe, and hostgator and used coupon codes and got $84 for 2 years at Arvixe.com. That’s the cheapset I came up with.

But does anyone knows something that’s even cheapter than this plan. Any coupons that worths like 50% or 70% or even 80% off.

Sometimes I see they had offered up to 80% off deals.
Let me know please if anyone knows. Keep in mind I already got $84 for 2 years. Just answer if you know something that’s cheapter than this.
