Posted on Jun 06, 2011 under hostgator.com | I want to sign up with Hostgator for a website, and I’m using a checking card. The card only has $20 dollars on it now, and i can keep about $20 on it every month, I wanna know if Hostgator will charge me the 5.69 every month, or if it’ll charge me the total cost for all the months now?

Posted on May 18, 2011 under hostgator.com | If I already have an account (web hosting + domain), if I add another domain is that basically creating a new website that points to a directory in my current website?
Thanks.
Posted on May 17, 2011 under hostgator.com | Registered a domain yesterday with GoDaddy, usually use Netfirms, set the Hostgator nameservers at GoDaddy and thought, ok, that’s that. But nearly 24 hours later still no sign of the GoDaddy registered domain at my host, Hostgator? Have been checking the "File Manager" at Hostgator every now and then but no new domain? Am I doing something wrong I wonder? Thanks.
With Netfirms it’s always been faster…….usually only a few hours? If it does take upto 72 hours guess we’ll just have to wait. Thanks.
Oooops, the domain is actually on "locked" at GoDaddy better unlock that I guess – but I didn’t think that made a difference, it only made your domain slightly more secure at GoDaddy or wherever your domain is registered at, thought you could still move (host) the domain anywhere without unlocking it? Maybe I’m wrong. It is a new domain only registered yesterday, it isn’t an established domain.
Nameservers are correct, yes. We have a few other sites registered at Netfirms and they all use the same Hostgator nameservers as far as I know (they are all hosted at Hostgator of course)
