I also Contact UBL They Checked and Confirmed That My Card is OK Activated to Use Online, And Working Properly
Then I Contact Hostgators they asked me to Contact My Card Provider

Do I HAVE to have a html editor software to design my site with them or can I just use their basic templates or upload my own templates on to their site builder?

i am looking for Hostgator Alternatives for shared Linux hosting. Because, they have many limitations if your site gets higher load or the mysql server receives more number of queries. Bluehost/hostmonster is ok, but cannot say, they are equal to or greater than hostgator either in technology or support.
Main features i am looking for are
CPANEL hosting
Able to withstand higher load due to more visitors
High processor performance
A good mysql server performance
