can I use godaddy as my domain register and lunarpages as my site host?

Or will i have to transfer my domain names to lunarpages? If i don’t have to have my domain name and website to be hosted by the same company and can use them separately, how do i do that?

Now they just resubscribed me and withdrew money from my bank account. I requested a refund and they’re ignoring me. What can I do?

Problem is they didnt give us a Username and Passward option during registration.
