Is MS EXPRESSIONS WEB compatible with importing and publishing websites built with FP2003 on Yahoo hosting?

I have an eBay store and I want to develop a website off of eBay to sell my products. I need the whole nine yards (shopping cart, subdomains, product catalog, web statistics).
I’ve been doing tons of research and had bought a packet with StartLogic, but their customer service SUCKS!
Who do you recommend as a great (not just good) web host & web builder?
As a newbie and with so many web hosting services out there, I’m really confused. Can anyone share what I should look out for in a good web hosting service? I would like to incorporate an Excel program and forum / message board into the website in future, if possible. Can the web hosting company guide me in uploading the content and do the necessary editing/additions in future? I am a total idiot when it comes to such things.
I am looking for a web host that has a terms of service agreement that I can live with. Having spent hours reading several dozen agreements from different companies, I have found none acceptable.
I will not agree to provide free legal defense to everybody the host ever met for anything that isn’t the direct action of me or my agents.
I will not agree that the host can change a legal agreement between us without my written agreement to the changes.
I will not enter a contract that gives any company or their affiliates the right to spam me (see lunarpages TOS).
I will not agree that the host can cancel my service and own the content of my site.
I will not agree that the host can charge me $200-$500 for backcharging my credit card. Back charging is one of the few ways available to protect against lack of service or fradulant billing.
Are there any web hosting services out there that have reasonable terms?
I have checked terms on all the sights recommended so far, and I am very concerned for those of you who have agreed to the TOS on any of those sites. They own you.
I’m making a website for a client who runs a small charity. The site requires very little space, has only one page (I use Ajax to update the body), and won’t use very much bandwith. I also need to purchase the domain, and web based e-mail is a plus. The only other add-ons that would be nice are PHP and MySQL support, though they aren’t necessary and most hosts support them anyway. I’ve heard great things about Dreamhost, but even the lowest plan ($7.95 a month) is overkill for this project. Any suggestions?
Thanks so much for all the help so far. Actually, I already have the website built – I just need the hosting room. I’m going to look into the ones suggested so far. Has anyone had any experience with Dreamhost?
I want to buy two domains and redirect one (commen misspelling) to the primary domain with a 301. If I use Y! Web Hosting can I request 301 redirects for this and future purposes?
Please don’t answer if you don’t know anything about search engine optimization. Meta redirects are not search engine friendly.
