Posted on Nov 16, 2011 under hostmonster.com | I dont seem to be able to get our web site or in to webmail all day, just wondering if others have the same problem. I did email them during the week to say I had problem with webmail and they said that they had a new login in screen which seemed to be ok but now the web is down , so perhaps they are working on it over the weekend.
Posted on Nov 16, 2011 under GoDaddy.com | I set up an entire html website for GoDaddy, but I worked hard and did it by code… Is it possible to upload my site by code??? And if so, how?
Posted on Nov 16, 2011 under Bluehost.com | I have a GoDaddy domain. I’ve been reading about hosts and hear that Bluehost & Hostgator work well with WordPress. Just now I come across a site though that explains that Hostgater run on Linux which is an operating system? like Windows. I have a computer that runs Vista. If I get Hostgator to host my site, will this Linux program somehow mess with the rest of my computer?
Please excuse my ignorance. I’m trying to learn…
And from what I understand I need to get WP from WP.org and not WP.com because I need to be able to add code. Is this the version I will get if I sign with a host???
Posted on Nov 16, 2011 under Bluehost.com | which one should I choose ?
please suggest me only from these three sites
Please recomend me if there is any other good web host available with good price and services……

Posted on Nov 16, 2011 under Bluehost.com | I signed up to bluehost thinking it was a pay monthly site but then I found out it was an upfront payment of all the 24months I had bought, it came to 113 dollars, I didnt want to pay this, so I called them and they agreed to cancel my account and give me a refund. But what im wondering now is, will I get the refund?
Im wondering if anyone has experienced this site, Im guessing its legit.
It was a lot of money so i hope I get the refund.
Posted on Nov 16, 2011 under Bluehost.com | Hi all,
We have an account with bluehost (web host provider), and we’ve been with them for around 4 years,
anyhow, we are using them for hosting our emails (Note: 4 years ago # of employees in my company were around 50, and now more than 250), i know it’s not a smart way to host emails there with this size on an organization, but i have shortage in IT staff, and what I have are not very much of an experts. That’s why we are still using bluehost.
My problem is for the past 4 days, we have had trouble receiving email using MS outlook (only receiving) from bluehost, where they are being downloaded by byte! (What I mean is it takes more than 4 hours to receive 1 email of 500 KB) and mostly the downloading just hangs. Even when I try to access the emails through web, it takes forever to open the web access. And we don’t have any problem with the internet at all, and it’s fast enough. It’s only extremely slow with bluehost server and our domain in bluehost!
I contacted bluehost like a million time with no explanation from their side, and I contacted our ISP (which they are one of the leaders in my country, and they don’t have an explanation as well
And when I try to access bluehost or my email from outside my company’s network, I don’t have a problem at all…it’s only inside the company network.
When I ping the out domain in bluehost from inside the company, it gives a timeout every 5 to 10 packages sent>>>>> NO timeouts from outside the company network
and trace route as follow (sorry for the X’s instead of IP’s, I have explained each IP for what) :
Tracing route to box481.bluehost.com [xxx.xxx.xxx.xx] (((shared IP Address by bluehost)))

Trace complete.
NOTE: we can send emails very normal (SMTP), problem only in receiving emails (POP3).
So, I have no explanation, bluehost as well and ISP too :s
Can anyone advise me on what could be wrong here?
Posted on Nov 16, 2011 under Bluehost.com | all this major web hosting providers claim that their web hosting space is unlimited. MI question is, if I can bring thousands of daily visitors and load a serious amount of heavy data, will they allow me to do that?
