whenever i access my control center on bluehost i get warnings about phishing from my internet security… is there something wrong with the site or is my security just being an ass?
Is it good / worth the money? Have you have earned the $65.00 for referring other people?
bluehost is known to be one of the best hosting sites out their recently two hostmania and fastdomain has been competing recently i have learned that they are the same company as bluehost. and their may be more companies that bluehost owns. hostmania is the same deal as bluehost just a less price. why does bluehost on more then one site that competes with them and give out better priceses then what they give? i dont know much about business but this sounds weird.
So, I got my domain at bluehost.com
And they offer all these different kind of services..
Now, what do I do next, so I can build my website?
I'm thinking of created my website through this site. I have just a few questions to hopefully get answered first though.
1) How easy is it to create a website with not much website creation knowledge?
2) Would I be able to install the forum from Mybb.com?
3) Would it be possible to create some sort of fantasy football/baseball site where they'd enter there picks ans hit a "submit" button and have the computer auto-update the leaderboards?

Is Bluehost worth the money?
I recently signed up for Bluehost. I created an HTML file and I integrated PHP inside of the code, but when I viewed the file on a web browser only the HTML code showed.
i.e.
<html>
<body>
Hello!
<?php
echo "Test";
?>
</body>
</html>
This will only show Hello and not 'Test'!
Is there something additional I need to configure?

I have my website hosted with bluehost. I was looking on their web site and there was something about how to get a server with them. I was able to upload the server file to bluehost but didn't know how to do anything after that. Here is the post I was looking at http://helpdesk.bluehost.com/kb/index.php?x=&mod_id=2&id=320
Also is there any instructions online of how to do this.
For examle lets say I wanna have golf.com, hair.com, and fishing.com. Then under each one I wanna them link out to sub pages. Are those called subdomains? Like fishing pole.com and fishing bait.com. Can I just pay to have all 3 names registered and host them under one account as 3 different .index pages?
