can you please explain what a simply connected domain means? and how I can instinctually tell whether a domain has this trait? such as…"any domain with a hole isn't simply connected" or something like that
also, would the entire complex plane minus the real axis be a simply connected domain? thanks so much

I have a website I want to redirect to another server using IIS but I don't want to lose the domain name. I want the website to point to the directory then use the directory the point to another server.
why do I not have access to central domain name registry before I attempt to register a name? Please cite the federal regulation that gives registrars the exclusive right to approve registration and not the central registry itself.
